Standard Shipping Policy

General Points

• Please include a "physical address" for our shipping carrier to deliver your parcel.

• Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 48 working hours of the receipt of  the order and/or 24 hours of credit card processing.

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 Foreign Shipments

• Shipping charges vary based on customs and taxes for each country.

• Shipping and Handling is calculated based on pre-determined weight and is purely for orders in the United States of America.

• Additional freight charges may apply in other countries.   

• If you would like to know the shipment charges for overseas orders, please e-mail orders@eccouncil.org for advice.

Non Delivery of Shipments

Returns Policy

Customers will be allowed 10 days for returns and charged a 30% restocking fee plus any shipping charges for both the return and the new order selected.
