  • 256MB of RAM (512MB recommended).
  • 260MB of available hard-disk space.
  • 1024x576 screen resolution.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9; Firefox 3.6, 4.0 or 6.0; Chrome.
  • Video hardware acceleration (optional).

EC-Council  always look forward towards supporting its partners with latest technology and providing the updates. Our research team had found out that there are limitations of Adobe Digital Rights Management Solution (DRM). There are some of the version(s) of Adobe acrobat reader which are not supporting the DRMed Pdf on MAC OSx.

So to overcome these issues we tested with all types of possible combination's. We found out that :
  • For the MAC users it is working with Adobe Acrobat Professional or Version 10 with a possible combination of MAC OS X 10.6.8.
  • For Windows It is working on Adobe Acrobat reader 9.
It is an advisory by EC-Council for:
  • The new users to open the adobe DRM protected Pdf in Windows Platform.
  • For those who are an existing user of MAC can use Adobe Acrobat Professional or Version 10.
